Numerous innovations presented to the German funeral industry during BEFA 2010
Hygeco International, through the intermediary of Funeralia, participated in the BEFA exhibition from 13 to 15 May 2010 at the Messe Düsseldorf Trade Fair Hall in Germany. This exhibition, which is held every five years, is an indispensable meeting place for the German funeral industry. The 2010 event was a great success, thanks to the presence of 250 exhibitors and over 10,000 visitors - 20% more than in 2005.
The exhibition was a very positive one for Hygeco International because of the many innovations on display. Visitors were particularly interested by the presentation – for the very first time in Germany – of Hygeco’s range of funeral urns and thanatopraxy products (fluids, cosmetics, etc.). The presence of differing types of post-mortem equipment on the stand – a cold room, a refrigeration table and several trolleys – made it possible to demonstrate the quality and function of the products.
